​​Overview of the role:

As our new Business Development Director, you will lead the SyntheSys drive in sales growth and the maximising of profitability across the Group’s joint portfolio in Tactical Data Links Test, Trial, Training and Evaluation. In this role, you will be the focal point for all Sales and Business Development within SyntheSys and by using your technical expertise, you will highlight SyntheSys’ value propositions and be at the forefront of building meaningful customer relationships and fuelling the Groups growth in the Tactical Data Links sector.​
